Michelle Jacobson has spent more than 20 years in IT and over 15 years deep in the world of EDI, but her real specialty is turning complexity into something usable. As VP of Product Management at Loren Data Corp (ECGrid), she built GPA, the company's product data synchronization platform, from the ground up, and now leads the charge on AI initiatives across ECGrid's data transformation platform. Most recently, she spearheaded ECGrid's adoption of the Model Context Protocol (MCP), opening up an entirely new way for operations teams and integrators to interact with B2B data through AI.
