NEECOM President, Mass General Brigham

Ira Keltz is President of the New England Electronic Commerce Users’ Group (NEECOM) and a seasoned IT and Program Management leader with 31 years of experience at Mass General Brigham. Throughout his career, Ira has led complex technology and business initiatives, bringing together people, processes, and technology to deliver meaningful results across large, diverse organizations. In addition to his professional career, Ira has dedicated many years to nonprofit and community leadership, including nearly 20 years as President of NEECOM, serving as CEO of a local cable-access television station, and five years as President of his synagogue. Ira is passionate about the mission of NEECOM and its role in bringing together professionals to share knowledge, explore emerging technologies, and build lasting connections across the B2B and EDI community. He is especially excited to welcome attendees to the October 22, 2026 NEECOM Fall Conference and to facilitate a day of learning, networking, and conversation around the rapidly evolving world of AI and electronic commerce.
