As an EDI Subject Matter Expert with extensive knowledge of digital integration across the electrical and specialty chemicals industries, Tom has developed and implemented proven solutions that automate complex, manually intensive processes, improving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

More recently, Tom has focused on developing use cases for JSON standards based on X12 supply chain transactions. His work explores the application of these standards within API-driven solutions, including capabilities such as order status inquiries and real-time inventory availability, helping organizations modernize traditional EDI processes and improve supply chain visibility.
